A Feature Staircase

A prestigious new STEAM building funded by James Dyson…
…demanded a feature staircase with real impact.

A building that inserts the Arts into the study of STEM subjects
sets architects and contractors challenges both practical and aesthetic.
On top of that, our staircase was free-standing with rooms beneath it.
And it was finished in oak of the highest quality.

The staircase is also designed as an informal seating tier structure,
so we had bespoke cushions made.
